Authorized disc failure sims 3

It also says that the download of the game will have up to date patches etc, are the patches any problem at all, I never tried playing the game before I installed the patch before. Could you please spare the time to possicly help me?

If someone could please help ne get this taken care of. EA Games…this is kinda obsurd! I want to play the game noow! What a load of crap, why should I limit my computer to run a game I paid for in good faith. Gives every reasonable excuse for stealing the damn thing. As other people have said, the problem is that the people at EA are screwing up the latest updates. You just have to sit tight and wait until they create an update that works. No solution works for me. Cause every time i try to play the sims 3, it keeps saying Disc Authorization Failure. Please, im begging you, help!!! I have the same issue. It says please insert disk in the nieghborhood selection… what did you do? Thanks…hope to hear from you…. T can someone please help me…. OH and I can get to the game, well to the main menu…but it tells me to insert the disc, what should I do?? I have alread tried restarting my comp too…. Please Please Please. Please update your game via the game launcher. Then I go to update and it says my game is up to date Version 7. Disc Authentication Failure! No game disc found! Please insert The SIms 3 game disc before proceeding. I take the disk out of my new lap top put it in my old PC and it works!??? No mods are installed before anyone asks this comp is fresh out of the box M14 Alienware. The Sims3 installed fine it was able to read the disk while installing. RE: you need to run the TS3 file thru winzip.

There is no TS3 File that I can find. Or at least no file labled as TS3. I tried running this with Autorun but nothing happened:P.
