Crystal windows showroom

I just replaced my windows with energy star rated crystal windows. Lori W. Every single one has gone bad. The top portion of each window has fogged terribly. I then asked if they would reimburse me for the 7 windows so that I could purchase windows locally.

Then they changed their tune and said it would not cost them that much to manufacture my windows and they would get back to me with a new lower amount. Since then they have discontinued ALL contact with me. By the way, my communication with Crystal has been ongoing since April 21, I have been communicating with Steven Yu during this time.

Crystal's customer service is beyond awful and their products are inferior. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Dept. The company changed windows in all the apartments. My experience was terrible workers are careless. They do not take into consideration to the furniture in the rooms. To the extent that they damaged a bedroom set which I had purchased 10 days ago. They are not professional in the service provided.
