Thank-you for the information. I have found the updates for the Installshield Wizard and it's been a succesfull challenge. The game is now working perfectly fine but due to it's installation another problem occured. I took a screenie of it. During the clean install the information appeared. I clicked on "ignore" an the installation completed. You may need to update the firmware in your optical drive. Or you could have a bad optical drive. When you power up the computer start tapping the F8 key until you get some boot options.

Select the safe mode. When it is loaded then try to uninstall the program. You may want to see if the program has it's on uninstall options by looking under all programs and the program.
